1)- Does Kayak Rental Silver Springs LLC offer guided tours and/or self guided rentals?

ANSWER:
Kayak Rental Silver Springs LLC currently offers self guided rentals only. Prior to launch, participants will be provided with instructions on safety and map directions. Basic training can also be provided upon request.

2)- How much time is enough to kayak Silver Springs Park?

ANSWER:
The most popular kayaking attraction at Silver Springs Park is essentially a long loop. Generally, we recommend at least 2 hours to complete it comfortably and without rush.

3)- Can I make a reservation over the phone, online, or via email?

ANSWER:
All of the above! Reservations can done online, you may send us an email with the details of your reservation or you may call us to reserve. Please note that, all reservations need to be fully paid before you arrive to the park. Unpaid reservartions will be deemed canceled within 24 hours. You may also call, text or email us at any time if you're having issues completing your online reservation or if you have any other question or concern. Our phone number is: 352-713-6207. You can easily complete a reservation by following the instructions on our user friendly website.

4)- What should I bring with me to the tour and what shouldn't I bring?

ANSWER:
We recommend bringing with you things such as: Sun-Block, Drinking Water, Comfortable clothing, shoes that can get wet. We don't recommend bringing heavy items or bags (30lbs or above) that could shift the dynamics of the vessels.

5)- What is the weight limit/capacity of your kayaks?

ANSWER:
Tandem (2 Person) Kayaks, whether "sit inside" or "sit on top" have a combined weight capacity of 550lbs each. Single (1 Person) Kayaks, whether "sit inside" or "sit on top" have a combined weight capacity of 350lbs each. Our Paddleboards have a combined weight capacity of 225lbs each. Please note that, it is not recommended to load kayaks or paddleboards to their maximum capacity or above since this could affect their performance.

6)- What if I'm late for my tour?

ANSWER:
If you're going to be late for your scheduled tour, give us a call as soon as possible to let us know. Depending on how late you are, we may need to reschedule or postpone your reservation. If we are not notified of any delays within 1 hour of the scheduled tour time, your reservation will be deemed a "No show" and the reserved vessel/s will be forfeited as per our policy. No refunds or credits will be provided for "No Shows".

7)- How do I cancel my reservation?

ANSWER:
Reservations cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be fully refunded. Reservations cancelled by Kayak Rental Silver Springs LLC due to weather conditions or any unforseen circumstances will also be fully refunded or may be rescheduled if the participant agrees. Same day reservations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time. Rescheduled same day reservations are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled within less than 24 hours of start time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time.
